How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Do you provide worldwide shipping?
Right now we only ship to the US. But keep an eye out for international shipping!
When do orders ship?
We are a small (but mighty!) team and work to get orders shipped within 48 business days.

How can I cancel my order?
We process your order as soon as it's placed! Once an order has been placed we are unable to make ANY changes (This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)
What if I receive the wrong product?
Contact us at swim@rickirum.com and we will start and exchange.

What is your return policy?
We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery. Any product marked on sale, is final sale.
The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we charge a returns processing fee of $7.95 per return order and we do not refund any shipping fees.

How do I care for my product?
We recommend hand-washing your suit in cold water with a gentle soap and drying flat it in the shade. Use caution to never ring out the fabric or hang it, this could cause stretching and wear to the fabric.
